Cracked Roots.

Fractures, Surgery February 22nd, 2006

Speaking of pulling things out from the back of the desk drawer, I had a case today that we aborted the root canal on because of a crack that I found that ran through the floor of the pulp chamber.

I dug the picture above and the two below of cracked teeth out from my archives.

I don’t know why I find these picture of roots/teeth so interesting after having my bad experience . . . but I do. Before I think I’d have barfed but now I find them fascinating. The X-rays too.
