Fractures May 10th, 2007
This one aggravated me because it was unexpected and I only ended up seeing it after I’d accessed the crown, removed the stubborn post, removed the gutta-percha, negotiated apical blocks in both canals, and finally dried the canals. Then the patient and I had to talk and talk about it and decide on a course of future action.
Now I’m running behind.
