And not just for administrative purposes. I’m sure every dentist has had occasion to use a paperclip in the mouth.

They’re great to use as temporary posts, to help repair acrylic appliances, and in temporary splints.

    Oh, the paperclip! Here in Balkans it is invaluable for taking impressions for canal posts (the direct method).

    Although I’m doing the indirect method, I always keep a little box of paperclips somewhere near.

    OMG Mcgyver! i just love that show, too bad it’s all over and i don’t even get to watch re-runs :( the guy was the coolest of the cool…still is in my mind. in his hands, this innocent looking paperclip becomes a massive explosion! thanks for the pic, i conveniently stole it, lol, hope u don’t mind!
