Periapex, having worked with my DDS boss for what will be 15 years on July 22nd of this year, I understand how a friendship and bond is created over a period of time. It speaks well of you and your office that she has been with you for 8.5 years. My boss and I have our moments on occasion, some of them quite heated, but all in all we get along like best buddies. Rudy: Good idea! Although I’m thinking that Twitter might overwhelm them like it did to Laney.

Teresa: I’ll pass on your positive thoughts to her. I don’t know how so many offices are able to deal with high staff turn-over. That sort of thing would stress me out worse than anything during my regular work day. It’s hard to find qualified people who share a similar work ethic.
