The question is whether the more liberal europeans have a more morally degenerate society than the more conservative Americans. I don't think they do. So, an R rated movie became AA-14. I always remembered Canada (or at least in Toronto) having liberal broadcast network. TV will show gratuitous violence and nudity, albeit late at night. In Italy (I heard) they show nudity during day on TV. Europeans are more liberal, I think.
